Impact Collaborative Facilitators learn the Impact Collaborative's Innovation Skill-Building methodology to elevate Cooperative Extension projects and programs locally, regionally, and nationally in conjunction with Impact Collaborative events and as a local resource for their own state's Extension service. 

Our approach to program development was developed alongside Cooperative Extension professionals since 2014 and infuses design-thinking with lean experimentation to take projects and programs to the next level. Our Impact Collaborative Facilitators have helped Extension projects receive more than $6M in funding.
